Shipping costs: For most products, shipping is free to any of the shipping destinations listed below. For very few (currently 3) products we are charging shipping fees based on the shipping destination, as mentioned in their product descriptions.
Shipping destinations: We are currently only shipping to addresses within the United States. These days (early December 2019) we are in the process of opening up our store to the following additional countries: Canada, Austria, Belgium, Denmark, Finland, France, United Kingdom, Germany, Greece, Hungary, Italy, Ireland, Luxembourg, Netherlands, Norway, Poland, Portugal, Spain, Switzerland, Sweden, Ukraine, Australia, New Zealand, Hong Kong, Indonesia, Israel, Japan, Kazakhstan, Malaysia, Russia, Saudi Arabia, Singapore, South Korea, Thailand, Vietnam, Turkey, Brazil, Mexico.
Time to delivery: Products for which we are charging shipping generally arrive in US- and Europe-based destinations within 5–10 days. All other products may be delivered up to 15 days after the order is placed. Shipments to other countries may take longer. During the times of the Corona virus, please expect that there may be delays due to external factors that we cannot control.
Invoices: An invoice will be sent to you via email as soon as your payment has cleared, which typically takes no more than a minute.
Order tracking: A tracking number will be sent to you via email about 2–5 business days after the order is placed. Be aware that the information associated to this tracking number may not be available until another 2–4 days have passed.
Number of packages: If you order multiple items, they will likely be sent to you in separate packages, and so they may not arrive on the same day.
